Codicil revoking appointment of executor & appointing substitute
If you need to revoke the appointment of an executor in your Will and replace him/her with a substitute, you can use this codicil to do so. You might do this if one of your executors is unable to act as your executor or if you decide to change your executor. In all other respects, your Will remains the same. Please note that you cannot use this codicil if you already have five or more codicils to your existing Will, at which point we recommend that you draft a new Will.
