Medium term lease of commercial premises with rent review
This document provides a lease that is suitable for a self-contained property being let for a period of between seven and twenty years. Under the lease, there is a rent review - the purpose of which is to adjust the rent to reflect any increase in open market rent of the property. There is a prohibition on the transfer of the lease without the permission of the landlord. The permission must not be unreasonably withheld. However, there is an absolute prohibition on sharing the property. Please note that this document can only be used in England, Wales and Scotland.
