Agreement for the sale of a dog or puppy

The seller confirms details of the dog’s health, vaccination history and eligibility for the UK Pet Passport scheme; the buyer promises to care for the dog and to obtain a similar promise from any future owner. This promise is enforceable by the RSPCA (or equivalent) should they choose to do so. Note that this document is not suitable where the dog or puppy is being sold for commercial purposes, e.g. breeding or racing.
