Employee dismissal letter after continued failures and an appeal hearing
Use this letter to dismiss an employee after they have appealed a decision made at a disciplinary meeting and his or her case has been heard at an appeal hearing. This letter will report the outcome of the appeal hearing to the employee. At this stage, you will have already given the employee repeated warnings. If the decision after the appeal hearing is not to dismiss, use the Rapidocs document "Employee formal appeal hearing letter" instead of this one. (v. 12655.1.2)
