Complaint to a restaurant about unsatisfactory service

If you have received unsatisfactory service at a restaurant, use this letter to complain to the restaurant and demand a full refund of the total bill amount. This document is suitable for use where the service charge was automatically included within your bill, but your request for it to be deducted at the time of paying was refused. It also allows you to claim the cost of repairing or replacing any personal items, e.g. clothing that was damaged as a result of the poor service. (v. 12259.2.6)
