Request for a solicitor to itemise charges
If a solicitor's fees are higher than what you expected, you can use this letter to request that your solicitor provide an itemised account of each of his/her charges. By having your solicitor justify each item of work, you should be able to reduce the amount of the final bill. (v. 12295.2.11)
