Letter of complaint in relation to a barrister
If you need to make a complaint about a barrister in relation to the provision of an inadequate service and/or professional misconduct, you can use this letter to do so. The letter will allow you to send the letter to the barrister directly or to their employer/chambers. The notes in the document also give you advice in how to escalate your complaint if you do not receive a satisfactory response. Please note that this document can only be used in England & Wales.
