Complaint to the Legal Services Ombudsman
Use this letter to send a complaint to the Legal Services Ombudsman relating to a solicitor, barrister, patent agent, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. Before sending this letter, you must have written to the professional body which handles complaints relating to the legal professional you are complaining about. After sending your complaint, if you are either unsatisfied with the response received, or you have not received a response after waiting a minimum of 60 days, then you may refer your complaint to the Legal Services Ombudsman. Please note that you cannot use this document in Northern Ireland. (v. 12232.2.9)
