Banking Charges Letter - Step 3 (Refusal to Refund)

This letter is the third in a series of Rapidocs documents designed to help you reclaim unfair bank charges. Use this letter after you have already used the "Banking Charges Letter – Step 2" to ask the bank to refund the charges applied to your account, and the bank has responded to your letter but has refused to refund your bank charges because the terms and conditions of your account allow it to impose charges where you had insufficient funds in your account.

If your bank has either failed to respond to your letter after more than 14 days, or has responded to your letter but has made an unacceptably low offer in settlement, then you need the Rapidocs document "Banking Charges Letter - Step Three" rather than this document. (v. 12664.1.1)
