Sale of goods contract
This document records the sale of goods by a private individual (i.e. a person not acting in the ordinary course of business). The agreement will record the price of the goods and make a formal acknowledgement that either that the item has been paid for in full, or that a deposit has been paid. It allows any warranties or guarantees to be entered, if applicable. (v. 12093.4.0)
