Circular letter introducing conditions of sale or purchase
When introducing new or replacement conditions of sale or purchase to a customer or supplier, you can use this document to create the necessary covering letter for the conditions of sale or purchase. This document creates two letters, one for the customer/supplier to keep, and one for them to sign and return to you acknowledging receipt. By acknowledging receipt, you will have evidence that they have received the conditions as if they do not receive these conditions, they will not be bound by them. (v. 12092.3.1)
