Buyer's notice to end a contract
If you need to terminate a contract you have made with a seller of goods because the seller has breached any term which is fundamental to the contract, you can use this document to send notice to the seller that you are ending the contract. The breach must be so serious as to affect the very nature and performance of the contract itself. The document will allow you to seek compensation for your losses. (v. 12091.4.1)
