Create a power of attorney

There are different types of powers of attorney, depending on where you want the power of attorney to be valid and what purpose you want to use it for. Register a power of attorney

General (or ordinary) powers of attorney do not need to be registered. However, both the lasting power of attorney and the enduring power of attorney do need to be registered. Object to registration
